| your initial order of $500.00 or more. |
| a copy of your resale tax certificate. |
| Please note: we always pay shipping on all order and re-orders that meet a minimum of $60 minimum; we do this as a thank you to you. Once you open an account, you will be given access to our online catalog. You will then be able to place orders online, check stock status and manage your account.
